REFUND POLICY
All refunds will be at the sole discretion of Retreat. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason please contact Retreat to discuss the matter. In the case of breakages we may not resend items however will credit the customers account at our sole discretion. A digital photo of the breakages must be sent to Retreat within 2 days of receipt of goods. If goods are damaged or broken on return to us, you may be charged for these items. All returns must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage.
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the consumer guarantees act.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Order cancellations must be put in writing. To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to rialto@retreatnz.co.nz.If the order has not been shipped we will immediately cancel it with no penalty. If the order has been shipped, unfortunately you will incur the cost of returning the goods.
